Cue the Walking Song
The weather was absolutely gorgeous for a walk tonight, and check out this road in the sunset. It put me to mind of the Gandalf song…not sure I’ve got the words, but the phrase running in my head is, “the road goes ever on and on…” and continues but I can’t pick out the rest.
At any rate, it made a great break tonight. I’m picking over Popcorn and getting it ready for my first readers to take a look. For this kind of concentrated work, I usually hole up in a cave in our basement, so you can imagine how much I appreciated this sunset!
So jealous…I’ve been unable to walk for 10 days now, and it’s getting old!
Wow, that would get old! I’ve always found it interesting that one of the most tiresome things on the planet is being forced to stay in bed or give up a beloved physical activity.
