WOTF Early Entry
Okay, so maybe I’m just a few days early, not weeks or months, but it’s still a first for me. I finished the final draft of ‘Way of the Priestess’ on Friday, printed it over the weekend, and finally got it off today, Tuesday. (You may see this as Wednesday, but then, you may go to bed before midnight).
This is a different kind of entry for me. Less an adventure story, more a concept and, if I dare use the word, literary tale. It’s also my shortest entry, logging it in at just under 3,500 words. I’ll be looking over the WOTF blog in a few months to see how it did, but in the meantime, it’s time to cut and slash with the gladiators, then start some new stories that are popping around in my brain.
I just sent my 4500 word short off today. May I see you on the winners podium!

Honestly, I’d take any win/ivitation offered. After all, the winning story may not be the best–it may just be the story they could all agree on.
But no worries. If I wear high enough heels, you’ll still be looking up.
