As the designated hostess of the internet I am delighted to welcome Pat Esden online.  Of course she’s been around for awhile, and no doubt has a long list of online friends, but she’s been delinquent in starting a blog.  But now she’s finally relented, so welcome, Patty!

I’ll also just point you to another new link in my blogroll.  I came across Patrick Samphire making intelligent comments on Jim Hine’s blog.  I’m looking forward to getting to know him better.
